We are now taking vendors for our 2016 Fall Festival!!! ​

GUIDELINES:

​*NO REFUNDS.

​*Set up location will be assigned. Spaces available are 10X15. Vendor will provide tables/chairs/canopy or shade. Set up begins at 9 am & noon.

​*Cox Farm does not accept responsibility for vendors' merchandise or any item that might cause injury to a customer.

​*Vendors are responsible for collecting sales tax and filing of your individual sales tax.

*All paperwork and required documents must be returned with paid application by September 17th. Late applications or applications without payment will not be accepted.

​*Vendor opportunities will be on a first come, first serve basis.

​*All vendors wishing for Cox Farm to use your logo in any and all advertising will need to email Jamie@coxfarm.com with logo information. Logo​'s will only be used when vendors pay for all 6 weeks available.

VENDOR FEES: ​$30/day, $45/weekend, $250/all 6 weeks

​​September 24-October 30 every Saturday & Sunday

Saturday- set up will begin at 9 am and vendors may leave anytime after 3 but are welcome to stay until 11:30 pm.

Sunday- set up will begin at noon and vendors may leave anytime after 5 but are welcome to stay until 6:30 pm.

​Vendors that pay for the weekend are welcome to come on Friday night. Set up on Friday's will begin at 5 pm. Vendors are welcome to stay until 10:30 pm.

By submitting this form you are agreeing to the guidelines listed. Payment is required to confirm/hold your booth at vendor events, you will receive an email with payment information. We will not accept more than one direct sales company for each event.
